At Pane e Salame, sweets are a must. To make them so delicious, the main ingredient is our passion as pastry chefs.


At our pastry shop in Torrevecchia, we oversee every step of the process: from selecting the raw materials to the finished dessert. We produce sponge cake, shortcrust pastry, puff pastry, non-dairy cream, and a variety of creams—strawberry, berry, coffee, dark chocolate, and milk chocolate—using only the highest-quality, carefully selected ingredients.


Our specialties range from single-serving desserts like profiteroles, tiramisu, Montblanc, mimosas, and many more, to traditional and specialty miniature pastries, tea biscuits, all kinds of cakes, tarts, and ring cakes. We also offer traditional Nordic desserts like kranz and strudel. Every day, our pastry chefs, supervised by Manuela, bake the beloved baked biscuits: hazelnut and chocolate tozzetti, scottolate, ferratelle, and red and white wine ring cakes.
