Our products are crafted using traditional methods, passed down from father to son according to a long family tradition that originates in Gioppiedi, a small Umbrian village in the mountains of Cascia. Here, we still source our traditional cheeses and beef, pork, and wild boar, slaughtered on site, from local shepherds.

In addition, we offer a wide selection of shelf-stable products, such as oils, sauces, vinegars, condiments, pasta, jams, and honey, representing the best of local and Italian culinary excellence. A perfect blend of flavor and tradition, always in step with the times, allows us to offer traditional specialties such as Campanian buffalo mozzarella from the "Casale dei Pini" and "La Perla del Mediterraneo" dairies.
